INTRODUCTION

Al-Najdain Contracting was established in the year 1398H under the administration of Sheikh Mohammed Al-Balla and Engineer Saleh Mohammed Al Balla, where Engineer Saleh who is university graduate from U.S.A. in 1980, corresponding to 1400H took over the management of the institution with his father, Sheikh Mohammed Balla became the General Manager of establishment 1414H Engineer Saleh who is responsible for projects and has a wide range of consulting engineers assistants of the institution through the office of engineering consultants and had a significant impact on controlling the high prices of raw materials during the economic crisis earlier by using his vast experience & knowledge and study. After the sad demise of late Sheikh Mohammed Saleh Nasir Al-Balla the establishment is transformed into Al-Najdain Contracting & Trading Company & Eng’r. Saleh M. Al-Balla took over the company & the ongoing projects activities & company affairs are running with the same administrative staff led by him as a General Manager of the Company.

We are approved Contractor of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education and the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and other major real estate companies such as Dar Al-Arkan.

We have executed a significant number of government projects, which earned us a good reputation among the ministries that deal with it and awarded many projects beside the Testimonials and Accomplishment and Appreciation, We have a strength of total 173 Saudis and Non-Saudis employees which include qualified personnel such as Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Administrative Staff and Skilled and Unskilled workers. We have been classified from the Department of Classification of Contractors for various fields of work as detailed below.
